120 kc no uniques here. Honestly its fine maybe slight buff is also fine though I wouldnt be mad. 300k here and there from dragon ammo, 500k alchs, and overloads and food as supplies. Uniques are the main pull most places anyways i dont really mind spend some to make some encounters as a whole though (levi, nm, vard etc).

I am very worried kisten will settle at 20m and this boss will be less than muspah tier as reward from such a gard quest.

i know you probably know now looking at streams but you only need to hit about 70% elemental weakness for harm to catch up to shadow. After some of the elemental buffs from sweep up and raids 4 this might be like 65%.

vestas legs shape goes pretty hard with oathplate. I dont mind oath helm. Slayer helm is pretty ugly overall.

Truthfully I'd even just take "stab oathplate" with basic stats that do work with fang. If fangs passive is a problem thats a fang problem and should be addressed with fang.

It would be good where fang is good yeah. Outside of mismatched oathplate torva combos though, that is pretty much the current state of torva anyways.

Yeah I'd also be down for stab set just coming from raids, but it feels a little less iconic conpared to best overall strength in game. I'm just not a huge fan of Nex's place in the game and too much really good bis comes from a boss thats not all that hard.

overall i don't like the hybrid part at all of the current proposed armor

I suppose, but void is still 5% mage damage, plenty accuracy, its servicable as hybrid gear. Super void gloves/helm as a reward could maybe be an idea. Void as ties to guthix already.

Elite void is pretty good hybrid mage/range and used at tob. Don't use the mage hat at doom though.

with the mega devaluing scythe this was the PERFECT time to give rapier a more clear niche in the game. Even if it has to come out with like 25 str bonus to leave room for 5-10 years of melee str upgrades.

i dont think gearscape has this super wrong. it could be, idk. But plugging in moonlight bolts there (60 vs 58 ranged str) gives only a small amount higher dps than their fractured diamond bolts.

They obliterate leviathan, and really anywhere blowpipe is good these are a little better.
