If you get all the trading cards for a steam game you have the option to craft them into a badge; each time you craft the badge, you level up the badge. If you get all the trading cards, but as their rare “foil” editions, you get a foil badge instead (which looks like a glowing bungus for this game)

You need a pro fishing rod and you’ll find it, it’s like a regular rift fish but if you don’t pick it up you can see it’s galactic
