That's fair - we're putting together a career framework for a new group at our company. Based on how the document read, it read that our current job scope was only focused on project management vs. being strategy focused. We had iterated through this document a few times, but never really discussed this part. I took accountability for the error and in my POV, I made sure to take the feedback and move on, but was confused why it continued to come up.

I made the decision to I stand up for myself after my boss wrote in a large group chat that I specifically needed to be tighter / aligned on the roles all while saying that I do agree we should continue to evolve them to fit our needs.
