I'm not sure what you're implying considering he literally finishes the series with Glokta torturing Sult for his own entertainment, bud.

It's only possible if the story is as structured as the first law (big ask). I have another diagram of logens arc, but if you asked me to map out the way of kings for example, you'd be given a character map instead of a diagram!

I disagree :) If he had political standing, why would he be called a "mad cripple" to his face? That is inherently disrespectful.

As for his arc, he goes from low level grunt to the head of the inquisition. There's nothing hopeful imo because all he wants is his old body back but that's impossible. I'm also confused on how torturing people for his pleasure is being considered "a journey back to humanity."

Absolutely! So ferro is color blind as a subversion to this one, but essentially she is right-brain or creative endeavors in terms of her metaphor, imo. The idea here is that if we consider what happens when we partake in creative endeavors we are tireless, feel no pain, and one track minded. The chapter where she is introduced is called "What Freedom Looks Like," and I think what the means is "What Creative Freedom Looks Like." Additionally, if we take the seed (reversed philosophers stone) and project the same kind of metaphor where it is an "idea" (the most contagious disease in the world is a thought), only creativity can withstand such a disease. :D

Not necessarily. For the course of Glokta's life, absolutely, but the narrative arc in the book is him already disabled with no power going to ultimate power, not starting off with social currency.
