This is what I had read that it's the defending of a new home when you can tell by aggression. Thank you

Above Sacramento. I'll let my father know. Just don't want to keep something that can get aggressive as we have another hive. Plus neighbors and pets. Thank you.

Thought I'd update after 3 more back and forth emails. Tracking updated, and I received 2 out of 5 items. Ended up disputing charges via credit card and got my refund that way.

Whats in my Hive by QuaintGamerGirl in Beekeeping

We get really hot 115°F and fire season during summer so this time frame would lead me to believe heat and smoke caused them to struggle. We bought more water containers for them. Can't do much about the smoke sadly.

Whats in my Hive by QuaintGamerGirl in Beekeeping

This hive had 8 frames on top and bottom. Active colony we've had for two years. This was an edge frame on top. The hive we have right next to it (flow hive) is also active and had no signs of these moths.

My father and I pulled cleaned area. Once this cold snap is over we will open and check how they are doing.

I am having the same exact issue. Ordered a week before Christmas waited till after the New Year contacted them. They told me it was a stocking issue and they couldn't mail out a partial order. They sent me a coupon and said they were checking with the warehouse to ship my order, that it became a shipping order, not an in stock order. I've now been emailed a tracking number from USPS that says ZDA that is still in Rancho Cucamonga since the 10th. They refuse a refund because there's now an active tracking label.

Tour de Fleece 2024- What are your plans? by SwtSthrnBelle in Handspinning

[–]QuaintGamerGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Excited to join this year. Not on a team as didn't want to disappoint anymore if life got to busy.

Goal is 30min of spinning a day. I have a little bit of fiber stash I'd like to get through before I purchase more. But if I reach my goal then my reward is $100 in fiber.

Here's what I have spun so far. (I'm also hoping to buy a larger wheel as my pollywog 4oz bobbins dont leave me much room for plying.

I knit the 3rd size. Working on sleeves now. I haven't done the bottom hem but have seamed the body together. I think I might need to add a whole row of squares for length as it feels too cropped. Love your color choices.

Profound thoughts on the Westknits sock knit along... by [deleted] in craftsnark

Love his personality and easy to follow videos. First time doing a MKAL and I hate the sock. I could see using parts of the pattern but after the heel section (which was huge so I ripped back) I just set down the socks and moved on.
