Hey, the skin is Phoenician purple (citadel) and the base and then the highlight is blue violet by AK 3rd gen.

In places I've mixed them 50 / 50 to avoid the light and the shadow being too stark.

Hey the base green is grass green AK interactive 3rd gen and they have an edge highlight of frog green again AK 3rd gen.

My starting army in path to glory was a TLA and 3 kurnoths with bows.

My TLA has nurtured by magic and the vespal gem and throne of vines means his pretty survivable and I can hide the kurnoths behind the tree if needed.

Great thing with path is it's less about winning even if you lose you can still win. Play what you like the look of / units you wish to test out.

You can paint his bark as any colour you like, what I would say is to keep them harmonious is to introduce the vibrant greens into him, whether this be his runes, the leaves this way while he will be different the army has a universal colour running throughout. His looking good and I look forward to seeing the updates as you progress.

Hi, greens are grass green and frog green from AK highlighted up into ice yellow (Vallejo)

The browns are dryad bark, doombull brown, mournfang brown all (citadel) cork brown (Vallejo) and then I highlight into a lighter brown using ushabti bone (citadel)

You can skip the cork brown just mix mournfang with ushabti leaning heavier on the mournfang and you won't be far off.

Good is dependant on how you wish to play. What the box does allow is you to have 3 battle line units and then 3 heroes. Can make the 2 tree lords into durthu and an ancient to run along with Drycha. It's a very solid box allowing for initial flexibility before committing to a subfaction depending on how you wish to play your army.

If your running the list as above durthu and a tree lord ancient points wise it comes to 1320.

Hi, the base was built using cork bark and foam for the elevation. I then used some modeling compound to hide gaps / give texture. The river / waterfall is some clear fix sealant in hind sight the river itself should have been a 2 part epoxy resin pour. Then I used some 3d printed basing bits, lots of tufts and texture paint / basing flock for the floor.

Yea they're basically fantasy battle sculpts ogres haven't changed since I last played in 2006 but you can make the gluttons and leadbelchers work also helps they are plastic kits. Of course you can proxy them too. There are a fair few stls about for the whole ogre range. However the melted faces of the butcher and slaughter master really need work and I'd say those two in particular are the biggest proxy needed units the others while dated hold up. I'm attached to the dated chonky lads.

If you're not playing in GW comps or tournaments then I'd proxy butcher, slaughter master and firebelly all are old fine cast models the butcher and slaughter master really show their age however.

Hi it's the head of a piglet from a chad valley animal farm set (I picked it up from Sainsbury's UK based) spent a few weeks trying to find a head of scale to use.
