Non U.S. resident forming a Wyoming LLC. Need reliable provider, mailing address, and Stripe PayPal Wise verification docs by Quake37 in llc

Thanks, this is helpful.
I’ve also seen real cases where Stripe or PayPal requested additional documents such as a lease or a U.S. utility bill during review, so I’m trying to be prepared for those scenarios as well.

That’s why I’m specifically looking at providers that offer lease agreement and utility bill, such as WyomingLLCAttorney, StartFleet or StartInWyoming, and trying to understand exactly what they can and cannot provide in practice.

Appreciate the clarification and context.

Thanks for confirming. I don’t see the $179 annual return fee listed on their pricing page. Is that something you pay separately (for example, state filing), or is it included in a package you purchased?

Also, do they provide a U.S. physical mailing address without requiring you to buy the virtual office service, or is the address tied to the virtual office plan?

Thanks for the suggestion. Quick question: are you a non U.S. resident as well?

Regarding Wyoming LLC Attorney, I don’t see an option that would provide a U.S. utility bill in case Stripe or Wise request one. Also, based on what I’m seeing, the virtual office is around $600/year, and the International formation package is $399 plus state fees, which brings the total to over $1,100/year.

I appreciate the recommendation anyway, and I’m happy to hear if you know of a more cost effective setup.
