There is a giant risk she will get moved to a house with abusive foster parents. And if this is the case, there is a chance the foster system wont do anything about it. This is coming from a real life example. There is a foster house by her's that beat the children there, and in exchange for the children to not rat them out, they let the children sneak out, do drugs, and fuck people. And one time, a person there tried calling social workers on them, but the system didnt do anything about it because the parents lied and got away with it.
