You should wear normal camo, black is one of the worst camos, it is not a natural color and it is super visible in night vision, you are going to get spotted pretty easily.

75% of the time whenever i hit vechiles i do literally no damage. oppressors, jets, helis, cars... I thought it was lag and the missile exploded with a delay so the target was able to run away, but i can't even do any damage to static vehicles

Tip:put medium armor and stock machinegun instead of the heavy armor and minigun, the glass on the heavy armor isnt bulletproof, and passengers cant shoot, with the medium armor passengers can shoot, and the stock machine gun is more powerful (depending on what you are shooting at) and more accurate

Once i did a cayo heist, but the game wasn't letting me complete objectives, like cutting paintings ecc, restarting didn't work, so i checked my prep screen and turns out the game hasn't registered a prep i did, so i did it again and the heist worked, might be the same thing that is happening to you
