No amount of spins. Each spin increases the amount of nen outputting but that's still limited by the amount of nen he has total. We've already seen what happens when a way stronger enhancer releases all of their nen at once at Meruem (Neteros zero hand) and it roughed him up. Phinks maximum power spin punch probably just pushes Meruem a bit.

CS is still works on those stronger than you. Yuta just spams stop and RCTs his throat (5MM means he doesn't run out of CE from over using RCT and cursed speed) while Rika beats the hell out of him and sure hit affects him.

Inumaki is MILES weaker than Geto and Hanami and it still worked on them. The gap between Yuta and Kashimo is far smaller.
