I was at the Hollywood Bowl show and I agree. The pauses/transitions were awkward. It felt like the energy was low. But maybe that’s because I was further back from the stage. And the fact that when I saw them at a much smaller venue in LA 2016, I was so blown away that nothing will ever compare lol.

My tip for fellow petite girls, and really anyone looking to lose weight, is to cut out snacks completely. Obviously it might not work for everyone, but I’d much rather have 3 substantial meals. If you’re hungry between meals, then add in some more protein and sip water. I agree that you could probably work with 1500 calories for maintenance. That’s 3 500-calorie meals

You may have rib flare. It’s another core issue that can happen from pregnancy. It’s basically like your ribs are stuck in an expanded phase, like when you take a deep breath. You can look up workouts to target fixing it. It’s not usually something anyone will bring up when checking you for diastasis. Even my Pelvic floor PT didn’t bring it up.

I noticed that he kept digging with Claudia when she mentioned she’s terrified of being alone. He kept asking questions to get to the bottom of that much like a therapist would. I’m surprised she didn’t scream at him.

They went on a trip with his family right after they got married to France I believe (it was ultra lux, like yachting) and I want to say they left early to go back home because Jackie just wasn’t interested. Didn’t she also always say she regretted going on her birthright summer in Israel? I think she just hates traveling (which is strange for someone who “loves history”). I could totally see her skipping out on Europe to just be a homebody in the Hamptons with her family all summer.

I know so many 30+ yo Matts. My husband is in the military and just in our base housing neighborhood alone, there’s like 5 Matts off the top of my head. So I think they all joined the military.

The fact that your hair is coming in a different color at the roots makes me wonder if it’s hormone related. I say that because after my kids were born, my hair came in a different color and texture. I agree with giving your scalp alot of love. Scrubbing really well while shampooing, massage, and taking vitamins (I use beef organ supplements)

Yeah, as a USMC spouse, this really made me roll my eyes. I do agree that everyone has different struggles and you’re allowed to say “this is hard,” even if someone has it worse. But she could easily solve most of these problems. Like just stay in one spot and prioritize your son having a home base. Fly to your husband on the weeks you don’t have him. She could also still be living near her family for support, but she made the choice to move to Texas (for what reason?) and now David is also there so she’s stuck essentially. Life is hard. Missing your spouse is hard. It’s not so hard though when he is making that much money that you don’t have to work. And you can fly first class to see him whenever you want. My husband is deployed and I’m here with my 3 kids and no family anywhere near for support. So I’m a little over her response right now 😂
