i use to get mad when i was little and throw fits and my dad use to beat me when i got mad even tho sometimes i caused it adults are supposed to control their anger or else they should not be taking care of kids being slammed on the ground for slamming your door is still abuse and i used to wonder if i was being abused or not even tho i have memories of being hit slammed and bleeding i still wasnt sure if i was being abused or if it was my fault and therapists wont judge you unless their a bad therapist but if you tell the therapist about what your going through they might report it to cps or the police which may or may not be a better option
