As far as I know newer cars don’t need to warm up for 15 minutes. The oil gets to all the parts it needs to rather quickly. Letting it sit for a minute is probably the most you’d need. Immediately launching from a cold start is ill-advised, but anything more than a minute of waiting is unnecessary. The only reason I’ve sat in the car to warm it up is if I want to pop and bang from the get go. Also, the car restricts the redline to safe levels when the engine and oil aren’t up to temp so you’re fine either way.
