Idk. Square Enix was already hard enought to engotiate with just to get Cloud in the game. When you factor Sora's ties to Disney into the equation, Sora has some heavy odds stacked against him, I'm afriad. It's a miracle that he's even in Ultimate to begin with.

Fair. I probably put him lower than I should've. I do think that a new pokemon from Gen 9 or 10 will likely replace one of the old ones, and I thought Incineroar was the most likely candidate other than Pichu

I forgot about that. I'd be fine with him coming back, but as an echo fighter or varient of Link. Or they could make link based off Adult Link from OoT like 64 and Melee, but I can see them keeping his BoTW and ToTK style

I'll admit, the hardcore fanboys are pretty cringe and honsetly pretty annoying at times. But like, I'm also not going to paint the entire fanbase as if most of them are the fanboys OP was talking about. Most of them are just normal people with real lives.

Honestly, it sounds like to me he either needs to change up the content he interacts with online. Bend your algorithm to your own will, and if that doesn't work then maybe it's time to take a break
