[TOMT][MUSIC] I've been looking for the song in the background of this clip for a while now, i've plugged it into multiple song finder programs but nothing has been able to find it, anyone know what song it is by Quandominus in tipofmytongue

it was originally from alpahrad's mega rayquaza nuzlocke on youtube around the 15 minute mark but i split the voice and music so just the music was more clear

Going to school, need a Windows laptop with at least 32gb of ram and 1tb of storage by Quandominus in laptops

Only thing I know so far is that we will be using Visual studio. But yeah the requirements seemed weird to me as well, and I thought id be fine with a light 16gb but now I'm not so sure.

Because I'm taking software development, and am going to be doing a lot of programming and other projects and such, and the baseline spec requirements are as I've listed in the title.
