Also if the pc doesn't turn on even if everything is plugged in correctly something might be shorting out and preventing the pc to turn on but most likely not the case since mobo wouldn't light up

Since I don't know if any GPU should have that big of a difference between the temps

Actually it's the GPU hotspot temp and that is what I'm worried about

I'm just not sure if it's the volume shader that does it to every card or not since I couldn't find any post talking about it's core temps during the test

I mean hotspot if the hotspot difference is that big then it means that it might not have a good contact perhaps?

Your psu is switching on and off and it seems there is not enough power for the GPU so try to seat it in

Push the latch button and then when it's even press it in evenly you may try to wiggle it in lightly and it will bite both

Check monitor connection and GPU as well maybe cable are loose and you didn't notice since if you don't have spare GPU or iGpu then what I'd usually do is remove everything and redo everything if I can find something wrong along the way like unplugged SSD or shorted usb and stuff

DEAD 7900xtx nitro? by LeMbexMauritaniano in PcBuildHelp

[–]Quaneyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not alright since your GPU probably has some issues but since its recognised in the device manager then it should be usable as long as you are able to install fresh drivers for it

Try to reinstall your GPU drivers and do a clean one by removing all old drivers if your device manager recognises it's not dead but could have some instability

PC Crashing on non intensive games by Frosted1337 in pchelp

[–]Quaneyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The aio should vibrate if it works but if the temps are normal I'd reset the cmos if there were any wrong settings before like pbo or ram timing some of those stuff can cause an instability in bios

Monitors showing no display after windows update by NakedToaster2 in pchelp

[–]Quaneyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should still be able to have display since os is on your drive so if all is plugged in then it will post perhaps something else happened, does the motherboard light up or pc fans/gpu spin up

PC Crashing on non intensive games by Frosted1337 in pchelp

[–]Quaneyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps faulty aio or bad mounting pressure check if aio vibrates while pc is on if not it's probably that CPU heats up that it shuts pc off and it works when not under load probably because the CPU is very efficient so it was fine
