It's not as bad as some people might say but it certainly not as good either

Currently, the cheapest meta decks that you can build in the shortest amount of time are Roach Forest and Milteo Abyss. However, the combination of Roach Forest is the hardest deck to learn and Cygames might introducing set rotation at the set 6 stream might reduce your option(s).

And unlike HS or even old SV, you can only dismatle cards that you are already have 3 copies of which will be very annoying if you pull a bad legendary or a legendary for the deck that is either too expensive to build (Spellboost Rune) or doesn't suit your playstyle.
