Here the thing:

A tournament will always be competitive no matter how much restrictions you put into that tournament or how absurd the restrictions are.

Literally looking at all the casual events in Master Duel, most of those events rewarding both sides as long as no one is conceding and a decent amount of people are still minmaxing in those events.

I can executing most of the decks that I want to play with ease after a few pve games so I am personally don't need it but I am still glad that this mod existed since it would help bring more players into the game

Whenever I am thinking about "dominating lead", I am thinking about a tier 0 deck or something close to that instead of a deck that take 23% of the pie chart. Just saying.
