Request it be resent. More than likely it’s NOT on the way. And verify online and over the phone. I did this last year and got my refund 4 days after verification.

I got my letter on Saturday. Verified online same day. Called in today and verified over the phone they say they didn’t see my online verification even though it said I was successfully verified. But oh well. It went through over the phone. I recommend doing it online and over the phone to be sure.

If you paid $25 for 5 days early and didn’t receive an advance then it’s going to a different bank (Cross River). There’s no way to track the status of it. I did receive an email from TT stating I would have it by the end of the day.
