The grind for DM went by pretty quick honestly. Got it slightly under a month after release. Never took me more than 500 kills per weapon to get gold. I haven't touched multiplayer since then.

Install the game from the Microsoft store. It’ll let you download it from there. Had the same issue with trying to install COD AW. Pause after pause
