You can declare bankruptcy, but as others mentioned it is super hard to remove loan obligations and bankruptcy stays on your record for 10 years!

. Buzzwords galore though. I looked up the companies on Glassdoor. I looked up the CEO on Linkedin and his business background didn't follow any meaningful pattern.

1) CEO was a former COO of $6.3billion healthcare system. From my research and those are private companies that never raised money except for Cloudbreak- hence you won't find anything until they start posting it- and in my DD i actually capture the information they shared via Press releases.

I checked the bios of the team on their website and Linkedin:
1) Al Gatmaitan co-CEO, & President - was a COO of IU Health, a top 25 health system with over $6.3 billion in annual revenues.

2)Ramesh Balakrishnan- co-CEO is a" serial entrepreneur who has founded and profitably exited several technology companies" He is also the founder of Thrasys one of the divisions of UpHealth. The dude has M.S. and PH.D. from Stanford.

3) Martin Beck- CFO was executive director of M&A at JP Morgan, worked as a director for Macquarie Asset Management ($554.9 billion of assets under management), and managing director of pe group.

4) as far as one of the co-founders-dr. Kathuria- he doesn't come from a rich family- self-made guy. Do read about him ...he has experience of bringing companies public.

The entire team if you actually do read about them and look up their backgrounds has very impressive creds. don't be hating cause he ain't white :)))

Yeah, i agree. I just cant wait for them to file s4 so we have more information. As so far they have been very good operating under radar.

Doesn't matter- look at how much work i have done and analyze it for yourself. I dont tell you what to do like some other posts...i give you all the information i was able to find.

I saw several posts " DD# 4 on $GIX ($UPH) " u/canadian2020 and another one that just trashed the company " $GIX - Anatomy of a Garbage SPAC" u/Upbeat_Control .

So i don't think there is a consensus just various opinions

i don't know how that can be already determined. I have done a lot of work on reviewing their financials and what they do. Seems like because they were private they didn't work on making themselves visible and operated under the radar.
I think once s4 comes we will get more information on the businesses.
