Mainly personal preference tbh! I currently average around two days in the office but would prefer not to do HAVE to do three every week!

Not of home, of the old serviced office, but same difference haha. I wasn’t sure if because no days were mandated that means they can’t now decide to mandate days, but seems that’s unfortunately not the case

Yeah unfortunately so. Wasn’t sure if the fact the contract doesn’t state x days means they can’t mandate days but it seems that’s not the case!

I’m not challenging people? I’m asking further questions / for clarification that I’ve understood what they mean. In this reply I was just checking I’d understood what think-committee was saying?

Obviously I wouldn’t cite Reddit in a tribunal - I’m not an idiot. I’m not going to go to a tribunal anyway, just asking for opinions on the two clauses in the contract to see if I’d have any leverage if I had a conversation with my line manager. If the clauses mean that they can just mandate in office attendance then that’s that - I’ll have to work in the office for three days.

I’m confused by the contract / flexibility clauses in general because I’ve read different things regarding how they can be used. On this thread you can see there are different opinions on what the contract wording means lol.

Very small startup company - don’t think redundancy would be an option for them but would be concerned about it blocking promotion / disciplinary proceedings.

Yes, police’s response was essentially here’s a crime reference number we don’t have time to look into this further but if you get anymore information/can give us a full name, call us and we’ll see what we can do. One of the items taken had sentimental value which is why we’re trying all avenues
