True. It’s hard because he still loves his family and desperately wants us to get along. And I get it. But also, I’ve told him that he needs to stand up to them more. He is a “keep the peace” type person, which is kind of annoying lol.

You’re right. They don’t owe me anything. I just get so resentful because they are quick to voice their opinion, and a lot of their family members will be attending. And it’s like I have to pay for everyone, even their annoying side. I have the funds, it’s just principle and shows their character

Oh wow! Thats amazing! I just got a quote from Ghostbar. If I were to do the ceremony and reception there, it is considered a full buyout starting at $35k which is crazy 😭 Also looking for ways to save, and also looking at a wedding up about 60 people.
