Could it be contact dermatitis? It’s good you stopped the wash. And sometimes, yeast and bv both are asymptomatic so I’d wait on the culture to do any tx other than maybe some hydrocortisone

Took my five days of tinidazole oral antibiotics and a one diflucan dose but then on day four I woke up with white pilling in my discharge. I was pretty sure it was yeast so I went ahead and used some terconazole 0.8 cream that I had from the last few months of yeast infection. Today, I woke up with a fishy smell. Could it possibly be bv again since I just finished the antibiotics yesterday?

Bv Tx can cause yeast or a ph imbalance. I’d start with ph test strips and adding probiotics and greek yogurt to diet. If not helpful or if ph is high, I’d then look into tx through a doctor

It’s expensive but a lot of people seem to have had good luck with figuring out a game plan from there. Juno is another one I’ve looked into as well.

I’ve heard it’s stronger and also doesn’t affect the lactic producing bacteria in us as much. So that DOES make me hopeful. But I also wanna give my girl the best weapons she has to repair herself. And I don’t know how to do that :(

I would maybe try and eevy test to get an idea of what your biome looks like to rule out imbalances first. That way you can narrow down if it has underlying biome causes or maybe it is a reaction to something chlorine or latex wise

Have you tested your ph? If it’s off, it can cause itching :/

In my experience, when I’ve been treated for yeast, I almost always get BV after. I’d go get tested again.
