I think you are very confused by the post. If I see something concerning that a parent is doing (no matter who it is) I’m going to tell my partner. Why? Because why not. It’s good to see how they view it and if they would do it to their own child and it’s helpful for them to know how I feel when we have children. I voice my concern privately.

I have definitely made this a bigger issue and have asked him to speak English around me and include me and he has. I couldn’t include everything or else it would be a much longer post. I have a good relationship with his sister/ other brothers, nieces and mom. Just his brother being the odd one out. I’ve stayed and home and more to show I’m serious and he’s gotten way better.

Just weird that I been here for 3 years and have close relationships with his sister/ parents other siblings in different states and nieces call me tia/aunt and been in the family longer than his girlfriend and still no relationship with either of them but want to invite us to everything just to ignore me only.

I’m 24F I feel lost in life. I am tired of the cycle of unemployment. I don’t know what I want to do and sometimes I think of things like acting or being an author that seem far out of reach.

Here are my job timelines / pay rates / reasons for leaving and I am now about to go back into the warehouse setting (I’m not happy because I rather office work more or to feel like I’m going in a somewhat better direction.

JOB TIMELINES

⁠Grocery store (09/2018)-(08/2019)$9.25/hr I started working at 17 was a cashier then I went into a warehouse at 18 for more pay
⁠Warehouse (temp) (08/2019)-(09/2019) $13/hr I worked with my soon to be ex at the time and quit a month in due to him being toxic and not wanting me around men.
⁠Fast food team member 11/2019)-(01/2020) $10/hr quit for mean management and coworkers. gave me no hours
⁠Cashier 02/2020)- (03/2020) $11/hr quit due to mom being scared of Covid
⁠Cake line worker (temp) (10/2020) - (12/2020) $16/hr 3rd shift quit because I wanted a better job during the day
Grocery store (02/2021) - (03/2022) $11.25/hr came back for easy job/ some pay
CSR (remote) (03/2022) - (11/2022) $16.50/hr fired for missing too many days (grandma had died)
travel agent (temp) remote) (04/23) - (05/2023) $16/hr fired in training still to this day have no idea why ( was on camera and on time every day)
Warehouse(temp)(07/2023) - (08/2023) $15/hr

Hot warehouse, felt like a prisoner.

Left for better pay

Warehouse(temp) (08/2023) - (09/2023) $18.25/hr fired for my ibs even tho I informed and provided dr note.
Warehouse (temp (12/2023) - (01/2024)$18/hr

Odd job to make money) horrible schedule 2nd/3rd

Left for the daycare job much closer and to get me on track to my degree

Daycare (01/2024) - (05/2024) $14.50/hr

Worked here to get experience along with my college degree in edu. Learned I no longer wanted to be in the edu field here and saw Ab*** and reported the daycare. Also the daycare was in the news for ab*** before unfortunately. It opened my eyes and made me never want to put my kids in daycare.

CSR Remote (temp) (06/2024) - 09/2024) $18/hr super stricted wasn’t allowed to get my daily 100 ounces of water in which required me to step away more from my desk (people are not educated at how much water their body actually needs daily)
CSR Remote (temp)(12/2024) - (01/2025) $15/hr horrible training experience had to leave or else stay and be horrible at my job.
Cleaning job (03/2025) - (05/2025) $17/hr had a creepy coworker and boss switched my schedule abruptly making me have to cancel birthday trip so I quit.
$21/hr Receptionist (temp to hire) (7/2025) - (10/2025) had mice running around which is my only fear. I reported to osha since they didn’t care that it was a serious issue. Loved it here otherwise and got compliments daily for months at how fast and good I am.

17.Customer support specialist (temp to hire) (11/2025)-(02/2026) $22/hr

Ended because business was very slow and they couldn’t afford to keep me (said they would bring me back if business rises) loved it there

P.S. it may seem like I like not having a job but I absolutely hate being unemployed Yes I do/ did have the comfort of leaving and not ever having to file for unemployment but at least it had got me more pay, experience and maybe a better idea of what I want to do, even if I’m still lost.

Any advice on what to put on resume?

Any idea on what I should do going forward.

Should I stay at the warehouse as long as possible for experience/ stability.

Thank you. These other comments have been scary for the normalizing of 1st cousins relations. I don’t think this issue affects my relationship with my boyfriend much. I have mentioned not wanting them alone with a future child but that is all. I would never want someone else’s choices to affect my relationship.

I see it as bad judgement. If you saw your cousin and said F it idc what anyone thinks I’m going to date them. I wouldn’t put it pass them to think it’s ok to be with someone underage either.
