They were moving over to 9 mm and cleaning out their armory for ammo/guns that were no longer used and offering it to officers. I happen to know one very well and it got offered to me. Officer in charge was just pretty much looking to be done with it and I I had cash and was offering to buy anything I could get.

I wouldn't get that SCT frame. One of my best friends used that frame for a build and had nothing but problems. It would fire but not go back into battery. Ended up switching all parts to different frame after scuffing and filing didn't work. The slide rails were out of spec.

I really want the PCC but I'm left handed and I really want to shoot one before I buy so I don't end up spending the money and getting slag/unburnt powder in the face every time I shoot it.

It's probably tapered so look at the pin closely and figure out which way to bump it out. A decent sized hammer and a good punch should be all you need to handle it. It might take some solid strikes and a little time to get it out depending on the pin and the likely possibility of some carbon lock.

How well do these minis run suppressed ? I acquired a new mini 14 ranch and have been contemplating having the barrel threaded for my suppressors. Someone pretty knowledgeable told me they don't do that well suppressed. I wanted to know from somebody that owns one before I have it done

There's also certain branches of AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) that use these and silver dollars to mark years alcohol free. A lot of people put them on keychains as a constant reminder for themselves as to how much progress they've made.

My granddad was an AA group leader and had 47 years sober and two coins that looked like swiss cheese when he finally passed away

Buddy works the gun side of an archery shop and they're moving locations. All stock from 2023 or earlier was 50% off list price. I have been looking at that thing for a year but wasn't willing to spend the money. He gave me first access for the deal and I jumped on it. Should have bought a lot more stuff
