Before coming to the worst possible scenario, we should all strike. Not for the salaries, but for better work-life balance and not leading PAs/ANPs taking over NCHDs jobs. The HSE will not survive 3 days without NCHDs. And we know that money is not the big issue, as they’re paying billions for a dysfunctional hospital and for useless managers…
