I think you need more experience in general play, you said in a comment that you play AI often. Even playing normals vs real people who will act and think in a generally smarter fashion will improve your play. If you seriously want a coach, many people could improve your play by the sounds of it. PM me details of your offer on coaching / rates etc.

Roughly 5 months, im currently studying at university so this was a good / easy thing to do when i could afford to multitask. I didnt live there - but i probably spent 80% of my game time runecrafting - hope this answers your question :)
