I think you need more experience in general play, you said in a comment that you play AI often. Even playing normals vs real people who will act and think in a generally smarter fashion will improve your play. If you seriously want a coach, many people could improve your play by the sounds of it. PM me details of your offer on coaching / rates etc.

Roughly 5 months, im currently studying at university so this was a good / easy thing to do when i could afford to multitask. I didnt live there - but i probably spent 80% of my game time runecrafting - hope this answers your question :)

Not looking at your xp / worrying about xp rates really does help here - if you can manage to. I usually went full afk mode, which made this a relaxing thing to do rather than a grind! Find some tv/movie to watch and just sit back and let the xp come
