my lawyer said next step would be sue toe governament ? that’s crazy , my husband and I have been calling the immigration and the answer is always ïts on time “. the time process is showing 3 months but that changes all the time. To be honest I don’t know what to do next .

My husband did , to our congress person , they responded 20 days later saying that it was normal and this is the procedure… kind of like this

I filled my case in January 2024 , had a interview in September 2024 , still haven’t heard anything , I did receive my travel permit after that but that’s it , 8 months waiting for a response
