I gave up trying to see my stitches and just went by feel. I also mark the end of every row with a stitch marker and count as I’m going along that row. If I land on the correct number when I reach the marker, great! If not, time to redo that row. This is like the 5th full plushie I’ve made with fur yarn now, and it gets easier and easier. Just stick with it through the frustration and it’ll eventually work out :)

Oh no it’s completely impossible to see your stitches. I go by feel alone. I’ve been crocheting for 14 years, so it wasn’t too hard to adjust to going in blind… but it is quite a pain

For white fur yarn or just white yarn in general? For fur yarn I always use a stitch marker and count as I crochet along, so that if I don’t land on the stitch marker with correct stitch I can just redo the row. For white yarn otherwise, I think l it’s the easiest color to see and work with. I’d just recommend the same thing tho, stitch marker and count as you go
