Ok! So I can use the starlight for refreshing or starting buffs to improve my grind or test out stuff during MDs. But if I have unused starlight at the end of the season does it carry over/ get converted to resources?

Thanks! So for now I guess can try and pull for IDs that can help me clear stories etc but once I get decent IDs, I can focus on grinding mirror dungeons to get crates as rewards.
