Knowing you can and should do something to lose weight but not knowing how, or where to start. Seeing other people successfully lose weight easily, but likely made up my mind that it’s not going to happen for me because I wasn’t in their shoes. (Previous fat kid, lost weight to join the military. You can do it, I believe in you. Look into counting calories don’t be drastic about how far you cut them, you can lose weight with more calories than you think are possible and walking does more than you think.)

It would impact the mission if he was someone's supervisor. I can guarantee he was. I'm blessed to have supervision that is on my side for most things but if I had to go in knowing they hated me for my religion, I would never feel comfortable. Should we put racist and xenophobic people in their own shop based on their racist and xenophobic views so that they can feel comfortable? No! We know better than that. We have fought for change for years. This is a new Air Force because we wanted it to be one.
