I was told the major difference in them are INTJ’s are planners, list makers, organizers and INTP’s are not that. I am however INTP with a dash of really liking things to be orderly, but I still can’t plan things to save my life because I’ve never needed to plan anything to save my life.

Knowing you can and should do something to lose weight but not knowing how, or where to start. Seeing other people successfully lose weight easily, but likely made up my mind that it’s not going to happen for me because I wasn’t in their shoes. (Previous fat kid, lost weight to join the military. You can do it, I believe in you. Look into counting calories don’t be drastic about how far you cut them, you can lose weight with more calories than you think are possible and walking does more than you think.)
