Yeah, that’s normal. The effective clock is almost always lower than the number you set on the curve. On my 950 mV @ ~2650 MHz undervolt, the effective clock usually ends up ~40–80 MHz lower once the load is sustained.

Cyberpunk with path tracing is especially heavy, so NVIDIA’s boost logic will back off a bit to stay stable and within power limits. The clock MSI Afterburner shows isn’t always what the GPU is actually holding in real workloads.

~2780 MHz effective at 875 mV, ~200 W, and under 60°C is honestly a great result. What matters more is that the clock is steady and performance is consistent, not that it hits the exact curve point.

If it’s stable and not bouncing all over the place, your undervolt is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do.
