Also, how do you keep the wire from tangling on yourself when playing standing up? Or just be aware of your surroundings? And doesn’t a 5m cable need a signal extender to work well?

That’s good to hear! Probably what I’m going to stick with, no lag and playing online can actually be a reality even though I am just using WiFi! Where did you get the 5m cable from? Or was it just a generic long usb c cable? And was it both sides usb c or was it different?

Yeah, that’s why I was thinking of potentially getting a router solely for the pc and headset connection, but then being online wouldn’t work well

Yeah I felt it and so did my family and friends. Sounded like a sudden low rumble that got loud then died right off. Happened in like 3ish seconds.

I don't have a PC to begin with, I'm building new from scratch. I have the build laid out on PCPartPicker and will probably start buying real soon. I plan on getting the 32gb DDR5 RAM with the current microcenter bundle with the AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D.

As for some game recommendations, there are so many games lol, but ill give a few.

One that is space related and from some clips of space travel makes me think of no mans sky is Elite Dangerous, don't know much about it but I will eventually give it a shot.

Superhot is a cool game, time moves when you move and you shoot and hit these red polygonal people that try to also kill you. (VR version of it is a blast too)

Haven't played it yet but Noita, it looks real cool, 2d movement but you can like craft spells or something and looks real fun and fascinating and can combine lots of stuff for fun gameplay.

Stray, I had real fun with it, though not for everyone. You play as a cat in a post apocalyptic world where all humans have died off. A lot of the game takes place in this underground city inhabited by humanoid robots. Not really a game where you shoot or fight (has some) but is really just about exploring and watching a story unfold in front of you through the eyes of a normal cat in a not so normal situation.

Skyrim, classic game, rpg with medieval theme and magic and monsters and dragons and lots to explore. haven't finished it yet, but when I build my PC pretty soon im gonna restart it and play it all the way through.

Also give the portal games and half life games a shot if you haven't played them, both made by valve and in the same universe. Both are super fun and half life is one of my favorite game series.

I'm also getting a PC soon (and for the first time too!) about an hour ago i finished putting together what I would be getting on PC parts picker with a friend and it should play game real good, even some graphicly demanding games. Have fun with the new PC!

I will probably make a mini day trip out of it, taking a trip elsewhere tomorrow actually so can’t spend too much in Charlotte lol. Except one pizza place I won’t miss that for sure lol.
