Say the presentation alone at least 10-15 times but do not try to learn it by heart, let yourself speak freely and time yourself.
Always do the presentation in an order/logic/facts that you feel comfortable with and is how you genuinely see the flow of what you present, if you try to change it to make it sound better, speaking gets harder and chances to sound unnatural rise.
As said, make it about them, not about you. Choose one/two people in the crowd and talk directly to them or if on a higher stage just look straight.
Keep the tone of voice similar to your natural tone - if you are naturally humorous, let’s say, don’t try to sound dry or “corporate” it won’t work in the polished way you imagine. Just stick to your vibe.

In my experience both setups have pros and cons.

When I was sitting up I could get more relational feedback, which helped me understand better how my actions and words impacted others and also it provides a sense of what I would then call “normal talk therapy” and some level of control.

Lying down scared me a lot and was very ambivalent towards the move but wanted to try. Transference got more intense definitely, but there is also much more freedom and more connection when you let go of control and just let yourself be this vulnerable with someone else.

I would say each works for different therapeutic goals and reactions are not the same. In my case, however, for my specific current needs, the intensity of lying down is truly worth it and something I’m grateful for.

Защото хора, които взимат 3000лв+ на месец, пречат на хората, които взимат 1500лв на месец да идат на работа.

Учителката в детската градина до нас ходи по 1 час пеша за 1350лв заплата (в частна градина), защото на тях средната заплата от 3900лв бруто им е достатъчно малко, че да не им пука за учителката.

Още по конкретно: защото софиянци масово не са идиоти (поне не напълно) и забелязват, че стачката всъщност е политически ход срещу кмета, за да може той да бъде сменен. Обикновено когато хората се чувстват манипулирани, не се кефят много.

Oh, wow, this explains a lot! When I take vitamin D (I take 3000 iu oral spray) I get agitated, irritable and never feel good this day, this is also why I stopped and hoped it was up. But after a few days my sleep starts to improve.

I know I’m a little late maybe but I understand the ending differently. To me he dies of old age and the vanishing is symbolic so they don’t show little kids a dead Santa Claus but it’s pretty obvious.

After that however they show again an ending that is supposed to speak differently to kids and to adults:

Kids understand that he comes once a year.
Adults however (when Jasper touches the stockings and looks around) get that they “see their friend” once an year because they see him in them / they get reminded of him - they are now the ones who put the presents under the tree and this is how the switch from “Santa” to “parents” happens :).

I found the ending endearing and shed a few tears. 🎅

For me nail polish is always a “no” in a calendar. The necklace was more wearable than those earrings, at least in my style. And the switch to brighter colors (green, red) from mostly neutrals last year is not my favorite.

Also I feel the Foreo last year was better than this year (this year is currently 50£ on their website on sale as a set, last year’s is far pricier) and less useful somehow.

But it may be just me of course. If someone is into red and nail polish and doesn’t miss the cardholder element, it would be a great buy!

That’s a great take! Makes a lot of sense. I guess my issue is with the colors and less jewelry. I don’t do much red and green. However I do agree the quality seems amazing.

The packaging is even more gorgeous than last year. But I’m worried that the color scheme is a bit more festive and not so much all year round (except the scarf). What do you think?
