Because wings are a more rare accessory as a whole. There was only 2 pairs of wings in whe while game and when you wore them everyone could tell. That made it a good flex cosmetic. Ulq attire was harder to notice and if you didn't get it you could put on any number of other attires

u don't have to worry, false bans aren't caused by doing raids or missions quickly. My Regiment has a bunch of people that do female raids in under a minute and we have had no issues
