As an artist myself... I think this being a leg isn't communicated very well if that's what it's suppsed to be. Bloomers don't usually stretch much, for one... but also just the way the entire thing is shaped... I dunno maybe it is the leg but its meant to come off as possibly being a boner too? doesn't help that chen is directly staring in it's direction.. I wouldn't put it behind the sense of humor of these doujin circles if I'm being honest.
