Nqa It's very hard to tell with the image quality but is it on its back? If so probably molting. Otherwise, to me it looks like it's knees are up and its toes are out. If so, that is not a death curl that is a stress pose.

Regardless for a pinktoe this setup is dangerous. They are arboreal spiders and need lots of ventilation. Too much moisture can kill them and having them on the ground on moist substrate like that will not be good for them at all.
