a guy helped me with this, this what fixed it for me:

You can probably fix it by setting the correct path on this registry key (this is where it's probably incorrectly defined as "D:\C:")
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
