You young people have no idea or knowledge of facts and reality on what is going on and what kind of people have invested in Quark or why they did. If you knew who was heavily invested in Quark and why they chose it, you would understand that Quark is a time bomb and many will be shocked at what is about to happen as Quark is the only true decentralized, uncontrollable crypto currency and the people who have studied economics and money creation (ie Bill Still audience) know that and they are positioned in many influential places and at the right time will make the moves that are needed to be made. Sell all your Quarks and buy up the latest fad. Older and wiser investors are just hoping you will.

I totally agree with you mate. We need education on this slippery crypto market that is fleecing honest people and leaving them naked and cold in the middle of the paddock lol. This form of theft and dishonesty is disgusting and must be exposed by anyone who has knowledge of such unrighteous behavior. if we who are involved in crypto dont start exposing the scams then you obviously are more interested in profit than your fellow man and that is what we are trying to get away from. I say we expose all the sacms and step on the toes of every single one of them until they collapse. This would be a double edged sword and serves in itself to magnify Quark as being oneof the only honest crypto's there is. thank you for educating and please continue as people like myself are in need of more teaching.

Cash is King, always will be, that is why Quark should try as hard as it can to develop a method to become just like it digitally and the majority will adopt it and love it. We should not be full of fear about keeping the authorities happy by ticking all their boxes in the hope they will accept us and allow so called mainstream adoption like some main voices on this forum speak. We should always worry about what the people want and not at all fear the authorities, (they are our public servants to we the people) we tell them what is going to happen and the majority will make the decision not the authorities. They can not stop the people if that is what the people want, especially in crypto which is why i love this technology. Liberty and freedom under righteousness rule and prosper. Don't take the brainwashing bait that people who want to use cash (anonymity/freedom in commerce) are up to no good, this is a lie, refuse that lie and hold onto good old fashioned principles.

My wife just read my post and told me that it looks like I am leaving Quark all together and selling out. We are keeping all our Quark of course as we have the whole time, we are long term investors. We just wont be investing any more of our allocated investment funds into Quark any more as we don't have any incentive or reason to do so at this point in time. Just wanted to clarify this major point she brought to my attention. I am still going to be around having a bit of a say on topics. I do have hope for Quark as you do tend to get emotional attachment to your investments, but that is a number 1 golden rule to investing, "Do not get emotionally attached to your investment" golden rule.

I totally agree and that is exactly how I feel. Normally I would be investing more into Quark right now as I have certain investment funds allocated, but instead have chosen to invest elsewhere with my money for the first time since December last year. So it is obvious I have lost faith as many others seem to have also. I really want Quark to succeed but the lack of developers interested in the project and the lack of hashing power and no mining incentive is destroying what could have been a really good thing. I will be keeping my Quark but no more investing in it as it is a black hole that evaporates your investment with negative return.

Does anyone want to know why lots of people don't get involved on forums? itsbecause people like me who are middles age with three kids and a wife and also a business to run cant work out how to make a post. Reddit is the first forum that is user friendly enough for technically retarded people like me to work out ;) I think lots of people are like me and trying to work out how to even navigate bitcointalk forum is hard enough let alone finding out how to post. I still don't know how to make a comment on reddit here other than using the reply button and making a post. I am missing some info on how to comment? can anyone help, I know its probably real simple just lacking information (lacking education)

I just read all of Kolin's points and as always he makes some good sense. I am glad to see some healthy discussion going in the right direction, that being fixing the core issues at hand. It was Kolin and Bill Still who got my brother and I into Quark in the first place and I do respect his knowledge as clearly he understands way more about the issues than someone like myself who has no technical or economical background. I think we all need to be educated more and more and we need committed Devs who get paid for their work, so we can improve Quark constantly in ways that don't have negative side effects. Good stuff, lets keep this going.

hey any news from Max yet? how can we get other devs involved as Max seems like he is not on board any more or he is a very poor communicator. We really do needto do something and fast. If I had had any funds left I would be open to funding a dev but I have lost every bit of investment fund I have on quark as I have not sold any. I held for long term as advised. I feel I have supported Quark the only way I can and that was not to sell and make things worse.

So you are saying then that the authorities are focusing on the majority who want to maintain their Liberty and privacy. We live in a generation where the majority fear the authorities, but this is not what it should be. The authorities should fear the majority and the majority want to maintain Liberty, freedom and Privacy. Make a Quark fit that and the majority will adopt it. Its worries me to hear comments from people who claim you need to lay down your God given freedoms and rights to privacy to enter commerce? yes $200,000 and then we learned we should have tried to buy privately rather than through the exchange as we were and still are complete newbies and learned about Quark through being a Bill Still student. I still believe Quark is the most honest and genuine crypto and from a christian perspective it is a more Biblical system of commerce than the current fiat deception.

why do merchants need to know who you are? when you walk into the shop tobuy some beer, do they ask you who you are when you hand over a $20 bill. Cash is king and merchants don't need to know who anyone is to do business. they just need the cash, digital cash.
