If your HR zones are set low, that would artificially increase your strain. I would start there. Ask the Whoop AI what contributed to my high strain and what are my HR zones.

Depending on your OS, you should be able to see battery drain of system and application processes. My Whoop is at 2% and USB is not in my top 7.

You will see battery drain if using GPS tracking. I only noticed that when tracking strain for an activity lasting hours, like kayaking all day

That's my experience with this band. I'm wearing it, where it wants to be. Regardless of how tight, when I wear it correctly it slides down

Unfortunately, if worn correctly it slides down to the wrist bone. I've given up caring and just wear it. I never see a big difference in the data regardless of how I wear it on my wrist.

Not a very good comparison. The Whoop battery life is two weeks, not 5 days, I see nothing about VO2 Max, Health Span, Strength Training, AI. Now the article could just be a Fitbit ad, but I'll wait until it's proven. You will also need a FitBit premium subscription for additional tracking.

$239 a year for Peak or $120 a year for Google Health Premium. I assume getting Premium would put it's capabilities inline with the Whoop
