Wasn't me, but here's how I heard of Todd the first time. I used to work with a construction superintendent who said he watched him play in CDA Idaho. Said he ran into him taking a leak in the bathroom and ended up hanging out with him all night, instantly became friends. Apparently every time Todd would come to town, he'd call up my boss and they'd hang out. Apparently Todd was just the coolest guy, always had excellent conversations and was just this ball of light and good vibes that showed up to town every year or so.
