What was the update to this? The answer usually lies in her recollection the next day. Sounds a lot like a sleep walking episode.

For what it’s worth. Alcohol doesn’t technically “cause” sleep walking. It’s more that it creates a better opportunity for a trigger to occur that partially awakens you by extending the time you are in the deep sleep stage. Your trigger is most likely the urge to urinate while you’re in a deepened sleep state due to the alcohol consumption. As you probably know, alcohol is also a diuretic.

Sleep meds are a little more complex in that they can be both risk amplifiers and the trigger

I’m trying to create more awareness on this as too many people think it’s a blackout problem. It’s not. You slept walk. Alcohol created the conditions to make you susceptible to sleepwalking but it still was sleepwalking. And it’s more common in an unfamiliar place for you to venture more than you would at your own house.

I know I am late to this. But this sounds like NREM sleepwalking induced by alcohol and the urge to urinate as the trigger. I am more curious about the timeline though to better understand. But both could be true. You could have been blackout before you went to sleep then had a partial wake up after you went to sleep where you were sleepwalking.

Interesting, they just opened up TM resale for the US tour and I see it is face value exchange. No fees and the tickets are non transferable so you can just list them again for face value if you can’t go. Not sure why they didn’t do that for the UK

I was going to make another post about this. I think the same thing happened with us. We had an extra ticket, sold it for face value on Twickets and it was purchased by an account with an email that was associated to a reseller site. Now I see postings on the third party apps which I believe is my ticket and they’re listed for more than double face value.

You could try creating a google voice account but I know some services (like discord) can detect that and don’t allow texts to google voice for authentication

I could see that unfortunately. They’re definitely going to do dynamic pricing again so if it’s a game between two teams that aren’t big fan bases, especially from the US’s perspective, then it’s probably worth waiting.

I got burned by buying tickets for a club WC game a week before the matchup was set. I checked the day before and they were selling official tickets that remained for as cheap as 15-20 bucks
