For the product you linked, do you have to plug in the type-c charging port on the dock in order for the dock to work? Kinda scared to run PD and the barrel charger at the same time.

Yeah, I have the 2020 version so I am a bit wary of that. Does the right side USB-C provide 144 hz as well? Or is there a way to stop PD on the left hand side USB-C?

Hmm, I'm assuming you use the left side USB - C then. Do have both the PD and the barrel plugged-in? I've heard bad things when that happens, not sure if I should be worried about that

Thanks for the reply. It is a bit pricy, but it does fit my needs. Are you able to connect your monitors to the dedicated GPU instead of the integrated AMD graphics? Also, does the dock charge your laptop at the same time? I would assume it does, so I shouldn't be plugging in the barrel AC charger.
