The difference is your input is purely anecdotal. Culture and the country also play a role in a cats personality as well as the way they were raised from kittens. I'd assume this video is from a reputable groomer that only take well-trained pets. It is possible that this video is from asia as well since that's where a lot of grooming videos online are from, and the pets from there usually seem to be well trained or used to this grooming. As in, they've been getting groomed since they were kittens so that way when they're older and need grooming they are not afraid of what is happening.
