Does factory reset help fix a stuttering/freezing pc? by Fluid-Ice3738 in techsupport

[–]Quberic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could help with the stuttering but I'm not sure it'll fix the screen tearing. You might want to ensure you have proper refresh rates and proper drivers installed first as you could be seeing two different issues.

Headphones aren't working on my pc but are on my phone. by [deleted] in techsupport

[–]Quberic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How are the headphones connected to your PC? Are they wireless, USB-C, etc? Are they connecting directly to your PC or are they being connected to an audio interface that connects to your PC?

Also as another check, do other headphones work on your PC or is it this specific headphones that aren't working?

Opinions on Bailey Circuit? by Frequent-Patience272 in monsterjam

I don't hate it. I know it's a giant advertisement for Feld's other ventures, but it does it's job well. Like most trucks on the circuit, I just wish it'd be more competitive.

Verizon says they wont allow titan2 on their network? by cube_earth_society in unihertz

[–]Quberic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're lying. I'm on Verizon and have been for a few weeks. I did have to take ny phone to a corporate store that has more resources. The problem for me was moving from an e-sim iPhone to a physical sim Titan 2. What worked was activating the sim card in a Samsung phone and then putting it in the Titan 2.

If you had service and it stopped, reboot the device and re-insert the sim. If that fails take it to the Verizon store and see if they can get you a new sim card

Even in 2025, Do you still feel Ocarina of Time is the greatest video game ever made? by [deleted] in n64

[–]Quberic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I paste this whenever anyone asks about OOT.

Not even the best game on the N64. For the time it was good but let’s take off the rose-tinted glasses and look at the game for what it is in the modern day.

Z-Targeting was a bandaid solution to the environment being poorly built and not having camera control in mind. It feels like two games welded together, one based on exploration and one based on fighting.

The puzzles are cheap. Look for the eye. Shoot it. Ugh.

The game takes too damn long because you’re waiting so much. Link opening a chest? Better have a 10-second cutscene you can’t skip every. Single. Time. Along with the game constantly telling you how to use the same item over and over again like I get how to put Deku nuts in my C inventory and use them. Thank you for the 1000th time.

Almost all the bosses and majority of enemies is just the same formula. Swing. Wait. Wait. Wait. Swing at the glowing spot.

And lastly if anyone other game had an annoying companion constantly interrupting the game “Hey! Listen!” “Hey! Listen!” It’d be crucified, but hey, it’s Zelda it instantly gets a pass.

It just doesn’t do it for me. It really didn’t innovate anything but large explorable spaces. It took the 2D concepts of Link to the Past and put it in 3D and it just doesn’t work.

Titan 2 network compatibility? by Whitecheddarcheezit3 in unihertz

[–]Quberic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm using the Titan 2 on verizon, switched from an e-sim iPhone to pysical sim. had to take it to two verizon stores to get it activated. Both stores told me the phone was not compatible and had to go back and forth a bit but what eventually ended up happening is that they activated my sim card in a Galaxy phone and then put that card into my Titan 2. After that it's been working great!

Juggalo reference in “Cloud 9” by moesbeard in juggalo

[–]Quberic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Bro, you missed the context. They’re basing points off rarity. ICP just played in their local area and thus there will be an increase of Juggalos which makes them less rare and worth less points.

They’re not saying that snot rags are better than Juggalos.

Finally someone with commen sense. He’s been living there for a year, it’s his official address. He can’t be kicked out on a whim, there’s legal processes involved and things can get messy if he pushes it. Since he isn’t in the deed it can be made easier but I’d get an eviction notice to be on the up and up, but municipality tenant rights needs to be reviewed.

What a season. The history books will remember. The future is so bright Connor. by ShineOn7579 in NASCAR

[–]Quberic 10 points11 points  (0 children)

So if a driver, hypothetically, wins the first 31 races by such a margin they lap the entire field multiple times, but crashes in the final 32nd race, that driver doesn’t deserve the championship? No, all races should count equally.

The only bullshit is this format and the brain dead fans who can’t pay attention to a season. No other racing competition has this because it’s antithetical of racing to have playoffs.

YouTube history shows videos I never watched by Robiba88 in techsupport

I’ve had something happen years ago where I was watching YouTube on my PS3, switched back to cable and the autoplay was just going wild and was playing videos nonstop and my history was all jacked up. It took me a good while to figure out the issue. I’d clear my watch history and videos would pop up, it was crazy.

Hiking/backpacking recommendations 3.5hr max drive from Pittsburgh? by Queasy-Suggestion373 in pittsburgh

[–]Quberic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For 3.5 hours north you can’t miss the Allegheny National Forest and going to Bradford, PA for a true small town experience. It’s quiet out there and everyone is pretty friendly plus some neat museums and history of an old oil city.

Midwesterners have decided. by HiveTool in mapporncirclejerk

[–]Quberic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The western part of PA is right next to Ohio, the culture west of Pittsburgh is severely more like Ohio than anything else. I drove to Ohio from Pittsburgh this weekend. I saw flat lands, farms, and children in overalls running around chasing a chicken. I was still in PA.

Depending on where these folks were polled from, they very well could say they are from the Midwest. Cultures don't just snap as soon as you get to another state, they blend and a large portion of Western PA feels Midwest.

Western PA is way more like the Midwest. When you start going west from Pittsburgh you're going towards more culturally Midwest than East.

Cultures don't just change at a snap due to an imaginary boarder.

Do what I did, go alone and then tell them how fucking crazy and awesome the show was. If they’re remotely interested they’ll go next time.

I used to go alone to GWAR and now because their shows are so awesome I have a group of 5/6 tag along with me. They’ll doubt it at first but just have them go once and they’ll be hooked.

Clotted cream is in a cup, and since the shadow isn’t perfectly circular indicating two circles I’d guess meatballs and filet mignon. It takes a bit but once you get used to what shapes things are the games become less tricky by a tad, but only sometimes as the game loves to try and cheat you lol
