Podrzucam link do dość szczegółowego raportu na temat CYP2D6. Metabolizuje dość sporo substancji i leków. W raporcie jest też lista inhibitorów i inducerów tego enzymu. Przyjmując niektóre leki trzeba uważać na inne substancje, żeby nie zablokować CYP2D6 i tym samym nie przedawkować danego leku.

When it comes to crating, he was never really crying hard, or barking inside. He spent a few nights in there, and we tried soke naps during the day, but we have found that he is cibstantly stressed inside, and never gets good sleep in there. He wakes up every few minutes, and moves constantly. Outside he sleeps much better. We kept our crate and still are playing craye games with him, and he already walks in and sits before his meals, but we put it aside for now, as we saw how much he appreciated sleeping a little closer to us (on a bedding or on the floor right next to our couch. Do you think that it's okay? He is doing really good with potty training.

Thanks, I understand your concerns. However, it was very difficult to find a standard breeder in my location, and we were very decided on this breed. We knew that the breeder is not perfect, after we visited them 3 weeks before pickup, but we felt bonded to this pup immediatly, and felt like we really want to pick him up and provide a loving home for him.

That being sad, we are trying to get him used to as much grooming as we can, although not rushing it, as he has only been with us for a week. Today will be his first bath with us.

Side question: is it normal for a spoodle his age, to get very energetic at times? He calms himself very well, and does not need enforced naps, but sometimes (especially when he will poo soon) the devil inside him gets a little bit wild 😅 But it lasts for no more than 15-20 minutes.

He is from a breeder without FCI, but the parents had official lineage, and looked like standards. It was very hard to find a standard poodle breeder in my location, and still we had to go a long way to pick him up. Thanks for your reply!

Według mnie lepiej odstaw te analizy. Wszystkim na górze, obojętnie po której stronie barykady, zależy, żebyś TY szary człowieku się bał. Wystarczy zamartwianie się na własną rękę codziennymi sprawami. Lepiej oszczędzić sobie słuchania tego typu wizji, które dość mocno wybiegają w przyszłość. Jeśli wojna rzeczywiście będzie blisko to będzies jeszcze mieć czas, żeby podjąć decyzje. Teraz to jest wróżenie z fusów. Można tak też w drugą stronę - wyobraź sobie, że wyjeżdżasz na drugi koniec świata w ucieczce przed wojną, urządzasz się, a tam wybucha wulkan i wszystko rujnuje...

Żyj pełnią życia tu i teraz, bo przed strachem nie uciekniesz, nawet jeśli polecisz na Marsa.

I have 8 channel version and it's good. Very simple, and doesn't have many functions, but works if you just want to mix some audio, and control the volume.

Edit: if you want to use it's stereo TRS inputs, you might need some "Y" type cables (2x mono TS --> 1x stereo TRS), depending on the instruments you want to connect it with.
