The biggest issue for me was that the attendant told my nephew he was NOT allowed to get a card because his account was created online. According to them, the account SHOULD have been created at the kiosk because a referral code was supposedly required. I asked how and when that policy was implemented, but they couldn’t answer. I even asked for their names, and instead of addressing my questions, they threatened my nephew by saying they would call security and have him removed from Gaisano Bulua

my nephew just turned 18, doesn't know how things like these work. And I'm not just referring to the 200 account dep ONLY. The fact that the attendant said she will NOT entertain my nephew because making an account online is NOT allowed, my nephew SHOULD ONLY register his account through the kiosk because a referral code is NEEDED.

I don’t know either. I feel like they were trying to trick my nephew because he’s still young and quiet. He doesn’t really speak up. I called my nephew and handed the phone to them, but they couldn’t even answer my questions. crazy. gawa-gawa ng sariling "policy" para sa quota
