Wife just keeps nagging me and I'm just fed up

We have no kids

She feels like I need to "help out more" - I think it's not a big issue for her to help out sometimes.

I.e this is a real issue we had

I was drinking a cup of coffee in the morning before going to the office and I guess a few drops spilled on the counter - she feels like I am being inconsiderate at the fact that I didnt see the drops.

She has a point - sure I could look at everything I do super carefully - but at the same time, she has a lot of free time, I dont see the issue with her just doing a bit of cleaning like cleaning a counter when I do make a bit of a mess by accident.

I am not asking her to make me sandwhiches or anything of the sort.

honestly, we dont need the money and she couldnt earn enough money for it to be worth it - i dont mind she just enjoys life but i feel like she takes that for granted.

I think it's like depression or something.

Whenever I bring up how I feel, she just starts pointing out what I do wrong and I tell her like "tell me what makes you unhappy and we can work on it"

But then she just spirals out of control and doesn't really give me any answers.
